Mesmerizing Turquoise Water in Osmeña, Libjo, Dinagat Islands

Look at the turquoise clear waters and army of rocky islands floating sweet!

Libjo is a hub of Mother Nature endowed with the beautiful white sand beaches to rock island formations. This islands and rocky islets floating along the ocean in a turquoise water are such a common sights to behold, particularly in Osmeña, Libjo, Dinagat Islands. It is just another 100 hundred islands in Pangasinan, but this one blessed with scenic and panoramic attractions like the reef surrounding the islands, white sands, and turquoise water from the Pacific Ocean.

Location: Osmeña, Libjo, Dinagat Islands, Caraga Region

How to get there: From Butuan City by bus or van to Surigao City, then ferry boat for crossing the sea to the port of San Jose of Dinagat Island, then from San Jose, another boat ride to Libjo town where beautiful beaches and islets surrounds.

Distance: It will take for estimated 2 to 3 hours from Butuan City to Surigao City using public utility bus or private vehicle, then from Surigao City seaport crossing the sea by ferry boat for an estimated one to two hours in reaching the port of San Jose. While in San Jose, you can hire a ferry boat to carry you to the beautiful beaches of Libjo.

One of the many components of having a beautiful spot is to have natural-made pools, and this is where Magpupungko steals the show from the rest of the view. Magpupungko is located at Pilar, Siargao, Surigao del Norte.

The spot is visited more often from the locals as well as the international tourists due to amazing rock formations, high waves, and a haven of many God-made pools scattered along the way.

International Game Fishing Tournament is also the most awaited activity comes in the month of April where many anglers around the globe take the stage to capture giant fishes from the seas.

Location: Magpupungko, Pilar, Surigao del Norte, Caraga Region

How to get there: From Butuan City by bus or van to Surigao City, then RORO or Pumpboat for crossing the sea to Dapa Port, then from Dapa Port taking a ride by jeepney or private vehicle to Magpupungko, Pilar

Distance: It will take for estimated 2 to 3 hours from Butuan City to Surigao City using public utility bus or private vehicle, then from Surigao City seaport crossing the sea by RORO for about 3 to 4 hours or pump boat for 2 to 3 hours in reaching Dapa Port. While in Dapa Port hiring a jeepney or private vehicle for at least half to one hour in going to Magpupungko.

What a sight to behold!

Amazing rock formations along the coastline in Amontay, near the famous beach Amontay Beach Resort, in Nasipit Town, Agusan del Norte. Enjoyed much while exploring the different rocks as you walk in coastlines for miles. You will also witness trees submerged in the water, along the side is the mountains where you can rest under the shade of a tree.

Location: Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, Caraga Region

How to get there: Bus or Jeepney from Butuan City to Nasipit town highway, then went inside to reach Amontay Beach Resort, then take a walk along its coastlines.

Distance: Estimated 1 hour of travel from Butuan City to Nasipit, then in the highway turn right to get inside in Amontay Beach Resort for 10 minutes. From the beach coastlines, you can take a walk for miles crossing a small river, then start adventuring.
